We start by a free audit of the personnel files and the documents that are compulsory within human resources department, and then we continue by establishing with you – our client – the measures that should be taken to successfully achieve our common objective of compliance with the Labour Code and with the other rules and regulations on human resources.
We then continue by using the experience of our team and of the partners we are collaborating with (labour law attorney, certified payroll consultants, recruitment consultants and human resources selection) to the benefit of each particular client.
